Senior Marketing Spacialist

Establish the annualcommunication plan to ensure awareness, consistent brand image and tone of voice of ICON.

Develop the annual budget plan for the overseen department, ensuring alignment with the vision and strategies.Develop ICON corporate identity and maintain it by unifying the branding and positioning of the company image across all departments to ensure the internal & external projection of the company’s value proposition.

Conduct research exercises to gather competition data and keeps an updated database of the market information.

Assess competition data and use it to identify areas for improvement, incorporating the required changed for ICON marketing programs.

Plan ahead according to the communication plan the desired conferences, conventions and exhibitions internally and externally related to the company’s line of business to attend and prepare all marketing material needed during these events. (i.e. booth, flyers, banners etc.)Prepare in cooperation with the Sales force, the marketing programs and plans (i.e. seminars, conferences, exhibitions, events etc.) including; the design and supervision of production of communication material, ensuring adherence to company’s corporate identity.Contact, pitch and select advertising and research agencies, provide them with the needed briefs and follows up their work, ensuring delivery according to technical requirements and deadlines.Coordinate with advertising agencies and designers to produce required designs related to various marketing activities.

Coordinate and liaise with print and media houses to print company material.Participate actively with creative and innovative ideas in all marketing activities (product launch, new flyers, promotions, etc.…) based on the pre-set marketing strategies and objectives.Organize the activities and related logistics for ICON’s marketing events and campaigns, booth preparation, equipment availability, etc.…Conduct marketing surveys and research on current and new product concepts.Develop and continuously update ICON presentations that help the sales force in their selling approach with new customers.

Post ICON’s newsletters, promotions, news and success stories in coordination with the IT team on the company’s website and ensure that marketing communications are regularly sent via different media channels. (Social Media).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in MarketingMarketing background is a must5 years of experience in marketing.Experience in related industry is highly preferred.
