Job Description
- Take ownership of the current Odoo implementation and review the existing setup.
- Analyze the current system, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Complete pending implementation tasks and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Use Odoo Studio to create and modify features, workflows, fields, and views.
- Analyze business processes and suggest the best Odoo solutions.
- Support integrations and technical customizations when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Train users and explain system features and functionalities.
- Provide continuous support, maintenance, and optimization for the Odoo platform.
- Work on a real Odoo transformation project with ownership and impact.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Excellent knowledge of Odoo modules (Community and Enterprise editions).
- Strong understanding of Odoo Studio and customization capabilities.
- Experience reviewing and improving existing Odoo projects.
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
