+5 years experience in Organization Development or a related Human Resources field.

Proficiency in Organization Development principles and practices.Demonstrated expertise in strategic Development initiatives.Strong background in Change Management and organizational transformation.Proven ability in Talent Management, including leadership and employee development.Sound understanding of HR Strategy and its alignment with business objectives.Excellent Leadership Development and Training & Development facilitation skills.Analytical mindset with experience in Workforce Planning and Performance Management.High-level proficiency in Communication and Negotiation Skills.Adept at Project Management and driving initiatives from conception to completion.Experience with HR Analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
