Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive organizational development initiatives.Drive Human Resources Development programs, including Learning and Development frameworks.Oversee Performance Management systems, from Performance Appraisal processes to continuous improvement strategies.Consult with leadership to identify organizational challenges and propose strategic solutions.Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and employee adoption.Develop and deliver engaging workshops and training programs focused on leadership, team effectiveness, and skill enhancement.Analyze organizational data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform future OD strategies.

Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, or a related field.Career Level: This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibility.Required Skills:Demonstrable expertise in Development and Organizational Development methodologies.Proven track record in Human Resources Development and Human Resource Management (HRM).Strong capabilities in Organisation Development and Learning and Development program design and delivery.In-depth knowledge of Performance Appraisal and advanced Performance Management systems.Proficiency in Strategic Planning and executing change initiatives through Change Management.Experience with Talent Management, Leadership Development, and employee Coaching.A keen understanding of Employee Engagement strategies and strong Business Acumen.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

Advanced certifications in OD or HR are a significant plus.
