Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and purchasing activities.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and recommend suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs, and identify procurement-related risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement requirements and resolve supplier or end-user issues.
- Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
- Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts and purchase agreements.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
