Senior Procurement Specialist (Indirect)

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and purchasing activities.Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and recommend suppliers.Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans.Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs, and identify procurement-related risks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement requirements and resolve supplier or end-user issues.Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts and purchase agreements.Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
