Responsibilities:Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and 5S.Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective actions.Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure production targets are met.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and safety.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Update production and quality SOPs.
