Senior Production Planner

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.Plan production considering factory capacity, labor availability, machine utilization, and maintenance schedules.Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients before production.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand or operational constraints.Optimize production sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize product changeovers.Analyze production performance against the plan and investigate variances.Prepare daily production planning reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and work to minimize stock shortages and overproduction.Support new product launches by incorporating them into production plans.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company policies.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in production planning within FMCG
