Manage the full sales cycle: consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clientsGuide clients through package selection (Essentials / Signature / Crown) and installment plansSell packages ranging from EGP 2M to 4MDevelop and nurture a personal network of qualified buyersCoordinate with management and the technical office to ensure delivery matches what is sold
1–3 years selling high-value, big-ticket products to affluent Egyptian clients — preferably real estate (premium developers/compounds), high-end interiors, imported kitchens/sanitary ware, or luxury categoriesProven track record of closing relationship-based dealsStrong credibility and communication skills with the premium segmentSelf-driven, comfortable with consultative selling and longer sales cyclesStrong Arabic and good English
