Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail)

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboardingLead mass hiring projects for retail roles (e.g., Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planningDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channelsScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fitCoordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needsEnsure a positive and seamless candidate experienceSupport employer branding initiatives to attract top talentMaintain accurate data on ATS and recruitment reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitmentStrong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platformsExcellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentStrong understanding of Egyptian labor law and hiring practices
