Senior Talent Management Specialist
Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical manufacturing and industrial roles, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to optimize hiring effectiveness and efficiency.Performance Management:Design, implement, and manage performance appraisal processes aligned with business objectives.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, goal setting, and talent development.Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.Talent Development & Employee Engagement:Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development programs to address workforce needs.Collaborate with HR and department leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.Facilitate talent reviews and workforce planning discussions to ensure organizational readiness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management, in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong experience in recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles.Proven expertise in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and performance management tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
