Job Description
- Supervise and monitor all architectural and finishing works at the construction site.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, etc.).
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues.
- Review and verify quantities and progress for subcontractor invoices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures and site management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
