Supervise and monitor all architectural and finishing works at the construction site.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, etc.).
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are met.
Monitor project progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues.
Review and verify quantities and progress for subcontractor invoices.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and architectural detailing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of quality control procedures and site management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
