Social Media Content Specialist (Content Writing & Design)

We are looking for a Social Media specialist responsible for content writing across our social media platforms, with the ability to create social media designs aligned with our brand identity, and adapt writing style for each platform (LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook).Write high-quality social media content (Posts/Captions).Customize writing style and post format based on the requirements of each platform (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook).Create a weekly/monthly content plan and publishing calendar.Generate creative content ideas aligned with the brand and business goals.Design social media visuals (Post/Story/Carousel) using Canva or similar tools.Publish and schedule content, and track basic performance (reach/engagement).

Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages (Comments/DMs) in a professional manner aligned with the brand tone, and escalate important inquiries when needed.Coordinate with the team to collect product/service information and turn it into content.Working hours: 8 hours.Days off: 1 day .Candidates should preferably be residents of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.

Excellent Arabic writing skills (English is a plus).Experience writing for different platforms (LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook).Ability to create designs using Canva (or Photoshop/Illustrator/capcut).Good understanding of branding and visual identity basics.Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.Portfolio or work samples (writing + design) are preferred.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage audience interactions professionally.Strong creativity and the ability to consistently come up with fresh content ideas.Nice to have: ability to take simple photos/videos for content using a smartphone when needed.
