Job Description
Social Media Manager (Cosmetics Industry)We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in the cosmetics industry, to lead social media strategies and drive brand growth.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and oversee content creation and execution (Content Plan)
Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance (Ads Optimization)
Analyze performance metrics (Engagement, Reach, Conversion) and prepare regular reports Collaborate with marketing, design teams, and influencers Monitor trends and apply them in line with the brand identity
Candidate Profile: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media management Previous experience in Beauty / Cosmetics or Skincare industry Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the beauty sector Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset High level of creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas Strong communication skills and ability to work within a teamPreferred:Experience working with influencers & bloggersExperience with analytics and advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)Background in branding and content creation
