Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Special Projects Specialist to support various strategic and operational projects across the company.

The role involves managing and coordinating different assignments based on business needs, ranging from HR-related initiatives to planning and operational projects.

The candidate will also contribute to a key project focused on launching a new startup, a sister company of Octa Food.

Key Responsibilities:Support and manage multiple projects across different business functions.Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of assigned initiatives.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle diverse project requirements.Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexible mindset with the ability to work on projects of varying nature.Strong planning and organizational skills.Good command of English (written and verbal).Work Arrangement:Remote / Online positionEvening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saudi TimeField: Administration / Operations
