Store Keeper

The Iraqi National Group is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Warehouse Officer to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and oversee receiving, storage, and material issuing activities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the daily warehouse operations.Receive materials and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders.Organize and maintain warehouse storage to ensure efficient space utilization and easy access to materials.Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.Supervise material issuing to production and sales departments.Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and recommend replenishment when required.Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.Apply inventory management principles such as FIFO and FEFO.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within the warehouse.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.Record all warehouse transactions accurately using the company's ERP system.Recommend improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and minimize inventory losses.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.Previous experience in the manufacturing or food industry is preferred.Experience using ERP systems;

Odoo experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.Good understanding of FIFO and FEFO inventory systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.Good command of English (written, spoken, and reading).Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.High level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility.
