Job Description
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee all store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, cashiering, and store presentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with local brand partners, ensuring their collections are well-represented and aligned with our store’s standards.
- Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to achieve sales, foot traffic, and customer engagement goals.
- Ensure high standards in cleanliness, product display, and in-store experiences that reflect the creativity and quality of our brand partners.
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, and ensure timely resolution in line with brand values.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store staff.
