Store Manager - CIZARO Retail Stores

CIZARO is hiring experienced Store Managers to lead the teams and daily operations of its retail stores at City Stars, Park Mall, Mall of Arabia, and All Seasons Park.The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving store sales targets, managing and developing the sales team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring that all store operations are completed efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.Achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.Monitor store performance indicators, including sales, conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction, and customer traffic.Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.Set individual targets and regularly follow up on employee performance.Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, shifts, breaks, and days off.Train team members on selling techniques, customer service, products, fits, sizes, and store procedures.Ensure customers receive a professional and consistent shopping experience.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.Monitor stock levels, product availability, replenishment, transfers, and inventory accuracy.Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory differences.Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, cleanliness, and store appearance.Ensure correct use of POS systems and compliance with cash-handling procedures.Reduce product loss, damages, operational errors, and unauthorized discounts.Submit regular sales, staffing, stock, and operational reports to management.Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, merchandising, marketing, and HR teams.Ensure the store follows all CIZARO policies and procedures.Working Conditions8-hour rotating shifts.6 working days per week.One weekly day off.Shifts are rotational and not fixed.Availability during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, and high-traffic seasons is required.BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Sales commissions.Performance bonuses.Medical insurance.Social insurance.Career development and promotion opportunities within CIZARO.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Supervisor.Previous experience with fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, or lifestyle retail brands is required.Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.Good knowledge of retail KPIs and sales reports.Experience in staff scheduling, coaching, and performance management.Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.Experience with stock management, inventory counts, and POS systems.Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Presentable, responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Applicants should live near or have reliable transportation to the selected store.Males must have a clear military service status.
