Talent Acquisition Manager

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing coaching and performance management.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hiring.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.Manage high-volume recruitment projects while maintaining quality of hire.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Utilize recruitment platforms, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels effectively.Strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for sales positions.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
