Translate business needa into structured recruitment plans across Egypt, Africa, and Toll manufacturing.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition validation to offer coordination.
Lead final interviews for critical and senior roles, particularly for Africa and Toll manufacturing.
Manage recruieng for African countries from Egypt in coordination with Africa HR Generalists Lead, assign, and monitor the performance of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Pharmaceuticals industry background is a must.7 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience.French language proficiency is a plus.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
