Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.Create and publish job advertisements across suitable recruitment channels.Source qualified candidates using, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Prepare job offers and follow up on required hiring documents.Update recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.Support employer-branding and recruitment initiatives.

3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Previous recruitment experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Facility Management is highly preferred.Good knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good command of written and spoken English.Cairo residents are preferred.
