Responsibilities:Strategically source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and innovative recruitment strategies.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Champion our employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and policies.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.

Proficiency in Interviewing techniques, Candidate Sourcing, and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential.
