Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacanciesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates through different recruitment channelsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersConduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessmentsManage mass hiring requirements within tight deadlinesMaintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databasesFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport onboarding and hiring documentation when neededProvide administrative support related to recruitment activities

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentReal estate industry experience is a mustStrong experience in mass hiring and fast-paced recruitmentAbility to work under pressure and meet hiring targetsExcellent communication and coordination skillsGood knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniquesA bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
