Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Talent & Organizational Development Manager to lead talent management and organizational development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

The role will partner closely with business leaders to develop high-performing teams, leadership capabilities, and sustainable talent pipelines.
