Job Description
- Calculate VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Ensure timely tax payments and maintain proper tax documentation.
- Liaise with tax authorities and support tax audits and inspections.
- Prepare monthly tax reconciliations and reports.
- Prepare and review shipment calculations to ensure all expenses are accurately recorded and allocated.
- Verify that all expenditures and payments are fully reflected in the shipment cost calculation before finalization
- Analyze Shipment data, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in tax accounting and cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
