Technical Architect / Team Leader- (8 to 12 Years Experience)Hiring for Architecture Engineering Consultancy located in Fifth Settlement Key Requirementso Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent. o Experience from 8 to 12 years.o Practical Experience in management leading team role ( 4-6)
- Experience in architecture design and engineering consulting firms. o Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (must) and AutoCAD.
- Perform quality control checks on all technical drawings and models.
- Review team drawings and outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Lead the development of detailed Revit models for architectural projects.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Attend client meetings and present technical solutions and design progress.
- Oversee projects from design through execution, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Ensure best practices in design and use of modern tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to the development of architectural strategies, design concepts, and innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation
