Technical Architect / Team Leader- (8 to 12 Years Experience)Hiring for Architecture Engineering Consultancy located in Fifth Settlement Key Requirementso Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent. o Experience from 8 to 12 years.o Practical Experience in management leading team role ( 4-6)

• Experience in architecture design and engineering consulting firms. o Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (must) and AutoCAD.
• Perform quality control checks on all technical drawings and models.
• Review team drawings and outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Lead the development of detailed Revit models for architectural projects.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of work.
• Attend client meetings and present technical solutions and design progress.
• Oversee projects from design through execution, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Ensure best practices in design and use of modern tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to the development of architectural strategies, design concepts, and innovative solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation
