Telesales Agent

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to drive sales and growth for YourParts by contacting automotive workshops and service centers, building strong business relationships, and converting qualified leads into orders.

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to meet targets consistently.

Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to automotive workshops and service centers (outbound calling) to promote YourParts products and services.Identify customer needs and recommend the correct products based on the customer’s requirements.Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.Qualify leads and gather key information (shop details, current suppliers, buying patterns, product requirements).Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system (calls, outcomes, next steps, quotes, follow-ups).Follow sales processes and scripts while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.Respond to objections professionally and work toward closing quotes/orders where possible.Drive repeat business and upsell relevant products where opportunities arise.Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs (calls, lead generation, conversion, revenue).Coordinate with sales/support teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and orders.

Requirements / QualificationsPrior experience in telesales/telemarketing or sales (preferred; training can be provided).Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Confident selling skills, active listening, and objection handling.Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM/tools (training can be provided).Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.Fluency in English (and any additional languages—if applicable).Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills & CompetenciesPersuasive sales ability and strong questioning techniques.Customer service orientation.Time management and consistent follow-up.Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude.Ability to work under pressure and hit KPIs.
