Job Description
- Contact prospective students via phone to introduce SYE Community Academy's courses and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the admissions and customer service teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
- Good command of English;
Arabic fluency is required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle objections and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to follow up with prospective students.
