Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our training courses.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide accurate information about our programs.Understand customers' training needs and recommend the most suitable courses.Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.Update customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Bachelor's degree.Good command of English.Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
