Job Description
The Telesales Representative drives sales by engaging retailers across multiple channels (Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Meta platforms), converting leads into active buyers, and ensuring continuous engagement and repeat orders on the Gahez platform.
1.
Multi-Channel Sales & Lead ConversionEngage prospects and customers on:Phone callsWhatsAppTelegramMeta platforms (Facebook Messenger & Instagram DMs)Convert leads into active buyers and drive first orders.Follow up consistently across channels to maximize conversion.
2.
Customer Activation & Relationship ManagementOnboard new retailers and guide them step-by-step on using the platform.Maintain ongoing communication on WhatsApp & Telegram for faster engagement.Build strong relationships to increase retention and repeat purchases.
3.
Product Promotion & SellingShare product catalogs, offers, and updates on:WhatsApp broadcastsTelegram groups/channelsMeta messages (DM campaigns)Upsell and cross-sell to increase basket size (AOV).Highlight best sellers, new arrivals, and promotions.
4.
Order Support & ClosingAssist customers in placing orders on chat or calls.Handle objections and close deals efficiently.Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery and issue resolution.
5. CRM & Pipeline ManagementLog all interactions (calls, chats, messages) in CRM.Track conversations across all channels to ensure no lead is missed.Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline effectively.

Market Feedback & InsightsCollect insights from retailers about pricing, demand, and competitors.Share feedback with commercial and product teams.Identify trends and opportunities from customer conversations.
