- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sellbanking products and services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Meet and exceed assignedsales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent sales experience, preferably within thebanking/financial sector.
- Fluent English– strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Proven experience inTelesales, Direct Sales, or Banking Sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Willingness and ability torelocate to Dubai after 3 monthsupon achieving100% of the required target and KPIs.
