Job Description
- Develop and manage B2B relationships with tire distributors, regional dealerships, commercial fleets, and other wholesale clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed wholesale sales targets and KPIs for the tires category.
- Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and contract terms with wholesale partners in alignment with company profitability goals.
- Process bulk orders and manage order entry for local and regional B2B customers, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regional demand to optimize wholesale sales strategies and inventory forecasts.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics departments to coordinate large-scale shipments, deliveries, and freight setups.
- Provide technical guidance and answer detailed inquiries regarding different tire specifications, applications, and load ratings to wholesale buyers.
- Monitor bulk inventory turnover rates and advise B2B clients on optimal stock levels to maximize their own retail turnover.
- Locate available stock, track shipments, and manage client accounts utilizing the company's ERP system.
- Manage and resolve wholesale customer complaints or warranty claims promptly, adhering to company guidelines.
- Establish and enforce department policies for bulk ordering, backorders, and special volume requests.
- Analyze monthly wholesale volume, expenses, and profit margins to ensure regional profit targets are met.
- Continuously update and maintain a detailed database of distributor, supplier, and vendor records.
- Ensure all wholesale operations comply with governmental rules and local trade regulations affecting tire distribution.
- Create comprehensive analysis reports detailing wholesale performance, client purchasing patterns, and large-scale inventory movement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Any high Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Prior experience and extensive knowledge in tires is must
- Extensive knowledge of different types of tires
- Very good communication, negotiation, organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in computer software and systems related to auto parts inventory management
- Very good time management and problem-solving skills.
