Total Rewards Supervisor
Job Description
The Total Rewards Supervisor supports the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s total rewards framework, including compensation structures, job evaluation, incentives, and benefits.
The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, budget discipline, and data accuracy, while supervising day-to-day total rewards operations and supporting annual and ad-hoc reward processes.Job Evaluation & Role MappingConduct job evaluation and job mapping exercises using approved methodologies to ensure roles are aligned with the organizational grading and job architecture framework.Maintain accurate job maps and collaborate with Talent Management team to reflect organizational changes.Ensure job evaluation outputs support internal equity and consistency across functions.Compensation Planning & BudgetingPrepare, monitor, and control headcount and compensation budgets in coordination with Finance and HR leadership.Support workforce planning through accurate compensation forecasting and scenario analysis.Monitor budget utilization and highlight deviations with corrective recommendations.Annual & Variable Pay ProcessesManage and coordinate annual total rewards cycles, including merit increases, annual bonus calculations, and long-term incentive plans.Support eligible employees and managers during annual compensation cycles and ad-hoc reward requests.Conduct offers and compensation package analysis to ensure alignment with internal frameworks and market benchmarks.Salary Benchmarking & Market AnalysisLead participation in salary surveys and compensation benchmarking exercises using Korn Ferry methodologies.Provide required data for market surveys and conduct post-survey analysis to support salary structure updates.Support the design and annual review of salary grids and pay ranges based on survey outcomes.Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop and deliver total rewards reports, dashboards, and insights related to compensation costs, salary positioning, and reward effectiveness.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and reports.Provide analytical insights to support decision-making in rewards, budgeting, and workforce planning.Governance & Cross-Functional CollaborationEnsure total rewards processes comply with internal policies, approved frameworks, and labor regulations.Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, Talent Management, and HR Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of reward-related processes.Act as a point of escalation for complex compensation and rewards-related cases.Team Supervision & Functional LeadershipProvide guidance, task prioritization, and quality review for Total Rewards team members.Review work outputs related to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, budgeting, and annual reward cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coach team members on compensation methodologies, job evaluation frameworks, and data analysis best practices.Act as a functional reference point for complex total rewards cases and escalate critical matters to the Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager when required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, with exposure to supervisory responsibilities.Proven experience in salary surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluation.Strong experience working with HR systems and advanced Excel models.Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance practices.Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Certification is a must.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, with exposure to supervisory responsibilities.Proven experience in salary surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluation.Strong experience working with HR systems and advanced Excel models.Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance practices.Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Certification is a must.
