Job Description
- Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and manage the annual training budget and monitor expenditures.
- Establish learning policies, procedures, and training standards.
- Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
- Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate mandatory legal, health & safety, and compliance training.
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees in coordination with department
- managers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Train the Trainer
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development .
- Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is preferred.
