Job Description
Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory operations efficiently and ensure proper storage and handling of dental materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
- Record all inventory movements (inbound & outbound) accurately in the system or inventory logs.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and prepare a monthly stock report signed and approved by the Company Manager confirming stock accuracy.
- Report slow-moving or damaged items.
- Submit a daily inventory movement report.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper
- Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
