Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory operations efficiently and ensure proper storage and handling of dental materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
• Record all inventory movements (inbound & outbound) accurately in the system or inventory logs.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse according to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and prepare a monthly stock report signed and approved by the Company Manager confirming stock accuracy.
• Report slow-moving or damaged items.
• Submit a daily inventory movement report.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper
• Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
