Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials.
  • Record all receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory movements accurately onOdoo.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are always up to date.
  • Prepare and process delivery orders, internal transfers, and stock requests through Odoo.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Maintain proper organization and identification of warehouse items.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments regarding inventory movements.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide accurate stock information when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as aWarehouse Keeper / Storekeeper.
  • Previous hands-on experience usingOdoo, preferably in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Good understanding of stock control and warehouse operations.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately record and track inventory movements.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates preferably live in Obour or nearby areas (such as El Shorouk or Mostakbal City), or should be able to commute to Obour easily and regularly.
  • Experience withOdoo Inventory/Warehouse Management module.
  • Experience in stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems.
