Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- preferably in the steel, industrial, or spare parts industry
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the steel, industrial, or spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
