Warehouse Specialist

Perform order fulfillment activities within the company warehouse, including picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in line with daily productivity targets and quality standards.Verify product accuracy, quantities, and item condition before packing to ensure error-free order processing.Pack cosmetic products carefully while maintaining presentation standards, product safety requirements, and company brand guidelines (including wrapping, fillers, and labeling).Ensure all orders are accurately packed, securely sealed, properly labeled, and prepared for courier dispatch within the required timelines.Handle products with a high level of care to avoid damage, contamination, or quality issues.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all warehouse and packing activities.Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and cosmetic handling standards.Immediately report any damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products to the OUB Team Leader.Support inventory-related activities including stock counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse operations as required.Adhere to all company operational procedures, workplace safety regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.Work closely and collaboratively with the picking, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure fulfillment KPIs and operational targets are achieved efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree is required.1–3 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or packaging role (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily order targets.Basic computer or scanner skills.Physically able to stand for long periods, perform physically demanding warehouse activities, and lift up to 15–20 kg as needed.Good communication and teamwork skills.
