Warehouse Supervisor.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in the yarn and textile sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of yarn and textile products.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.Ensure proper storage of yarn, raw materials, and finished textile goods to maintain quality standards.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and audits.Maintain accurate records using ERP or warehouse management systems.Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.Implement and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards.Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the yarn or textile industry.Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software.Good leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience handling yarn, fabrics, or textile raw materials.Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory tracking tools.Basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
