Warehouse Supervisor (Plastic Manufacturing)

Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment.Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards.Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, or delays, and escalate complex problems as needed.Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in handling warehouse tasks.Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Good in English (Writing and reading).Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft dynamics is a strong advantage).
