Job Description

  • Maintain and submit reports on performance activities of seasonal workers.
  • Cascade instructions to workers.
  • Follow up on workshop technicians clocking.
  • Review repair quality and diagnosis process.
  • On-job training for workshop staff.
  • Develop plan for workshop layout.
  • Manage workshop tools and equipment.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe manner using the proper PPE and be a proactive safety role model with co-workers.
  • Correct and report unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure cleanliness within the work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Automotive).
  • Experienced in the automotive field preferred commercial vehicles at least 2 years
  • strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Experience in fault tracing & wiring repairs.
  • Can use diagnostic tools in fault tracing & troubleshooting
  • Very Good in English language.
