Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)3–5 years experience in:Account ManagementSaaS Sales / B2B SalesStrong communication & negotiation skillsExperience using CRM tools and sales softwareAbility to manage multiple accounts and hit targetsExperience working with restaurants, cafés, or hospitality businessesUnderstanding of:POS systemsDigital menus / QR orderingCustomer experience techAbility to explain technical SaaS solutions in simple terms
