الوصف الوظيفي

Producing accurate existing floor plans, elevations and sections from survey information provided
Developing proposed drawings based on our sketches and design instructions
Preparing planning application drawing packages
Producing detailed Building Control drawings and construction details
Developing wall, roof, floor, insulation and junction details
Working alongside our structural engineer and incorporating structural information into the drawings
Coordinating steel-work, beams, columns, pad-stones and other structural elements with the architectural design
Presenting structural and technical information clearly within the drawing package
Identifying clashes or inconsistencies between architectural and structural drawings
Updating drawings following design changes, planning comments or Building Control comments
Checking dimensions, levels and coordination between drawings
Making sure existing, proposed and technical drawings align correctly
Organizing drawing files and maintaining consistent drawing standards
Working across several residential projects at different stages

المتطلبات والشروط

Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
Strong architectural drawing skillswith the ability to produce clear, accurate plans, elevations, sections and details
Good understanding of residential constructionand how buildings are put together
Ability to produce accurate existing drawings from survey information, measurements and photographs
Ability to develop proposed drawings from sketches and design instructions
Experience producing detailed technical drawings for Building Control or construction
Ability to read and coordinate structural engineer drawings and information
Good written and spoken Englishwith clear communication when working remotely
Reliable and organised, with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
Experience using Vectorworks, or the ability to become proficient in Vectorworks quickly
