Develop conceptual ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
Ensure that all works are considered out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Carryout modeling using various visualization software.
Preparing the cost sheets and Technical offers within the time limits.
Handling correspondence through mails or phone with foreign suppliers and manufacturers to maintain technical issues.
Responsible for preparing submittals and technical proposals.
Assist sales team to close sales opportunities.
Defining products per project specifications and elaborating related compliance sheets.
Work on Value engineering for specific projects to present optimum solution for consultants upon need.
Ensuring samples presentation to Consultants verifying materials approval upon delivery.
Carry on sites visits to some cases, where support is needed.

Compliance with international lighting norms and standards.
Report periodically on the status and progress of their activities and achievements to their direct manager.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their area of work.
Comply with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any other related documentation.
Building up strong knowledge & date base.

المتطلبات والشروط

· Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering (Preferred Ain Shams, Cairo or Helwan Universities.)

· 0-2 years of experience.

· Very good command of English language.

Preferred Programs (Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Revit, Scketchup, ACad).
