Lead the development of detailed architectural and engineering designs, from concept through to construction documentation.
Utilize advanced software such asAutoCADandRevitto produce precise technical drawings and models.
Perform comprehensivestructural analysisto ensure project safety, stability, and compliance with all relevantbuilding codesand regulations.
Collaborate closely with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to integrate architectural designs with structural and civil engineering systems.
Provide expertconstruction supervision, overseeing on-site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and design conflicts proactively, applying strongproblem-solvingskills.
Prepare project reports, specifications, and tender documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Engage in effectivecommunicationwith stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience:A minimum of3-7 yearsof progressive experience as an Architectural Engineer or in a closely related engineering role, demonstrating a proven track record in design and construction.
