Support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Assist in managing brand positioning, communication, and overall brand performance.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
Support the planning and execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, market share, and key brand KPIs.
Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective brand execution.
Support new product development, product launches, and brand activation initiatives.
Assist in managing brand budgets and marketing expenses.
Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to support brand growth opportunities.
Prepare regular brand performance reports and presentations.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Brand Management.
Previous experience in the FMCG industry is required.
Good understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
Good knowledge of market and competitor analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
