Role OverviewYou will be responsible for onboarding, supporting users, collecting feedback, and driving productadoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with incoming leads "No Cold Calls", through (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)
  • Onboard merchants and help them start using the platform
  • Support users and solve issues
  • Collect feedback, bugs, and feature requests
  • Track and report insights to the team

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales or customer success
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM/toolsBonus Skills
  • Ecommerce or logistics experience
  • Shopify/WooCommerce familiarity
  • Experience with Egyptian online sellersWorking HoursFollow up with leads (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)Part-time – 4 hours/day, Saturday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 04:00 PM)
