Role OverviewYou will be responsible for onboarding, supporting users, collecting feedback, and driving productadoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with incoming leads "No Cold Calls", through (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)
- Onboard merchants and help them start using the platform
- Support users and solve issues
- Collect feedback, bugs, and feature requests
- Track and report insights to the team
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales or customer success
- Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM/toolsBonus Skills
- Ecommerce or logistics experience
- Shopify/WooCommerce familiarity
- Experience with Egyptian online sellersWorking HoursFollow up with leads (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)Part-time – 4 hours/day, Saturday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 04:00 PM)
